I have done this a few times and probably gonna keep doing it.
I'm writing ABAP code and switch to respond to an email from a colleague.
Press SHIFT + F1 and see nothing happen :-|
What's your brain-fade ?
Happy Weekend.
Cheers,
Sai
Nowadays it happens rarely but still I sometimes press F3 when I want to go back a page in an internet session.
Cheers, Rob.
:D :D
for me I get confused with the code commenting shortcuts in both the webide and ABAP GUI.. I always try both the shortcuts and figure out the right one :D :D I guess my brain permanently lost the differences between those two :D :D
I would always get myself stuck when playing around with ABAP code. I will think to myself hmmm should I make a copy of the old code before making changes. Then my brain goes nahhhhh, you can always CTRL+Z it back to the original. Then I modify the code activate it to test, see I made a mistake and try to CTRL+Z only to be reminded I can't do that after activating the code....
Not quite a brain-fade here, but a question to the audience:
When talking program/class/table names to colleagues (because nobody else would listen) I hate the amount of syllables to say '_' ('underscore' in the US). So I pause (and just maybe make a little sound) And then I hope the colleague knows what I meant.
How do you make the names of classes/tables/programs flow off the tongue? For example: BAPI_ACC_A**_TRANSFER_CHECK?
Cheers,
Sue
PS: I think the AI behind leaving comments did not like the actual name of the BAPI, which is sort of silly.
I'm not sure about the underscore but the AI proposing SAP object names in SAP Community is a brilliant idea :-)
gotta love the anti-swearing AI checks, Susan :)
:D :D I will just read it without underscore most of the times when I am talking to my colleagues(like a sentence) but if they want to open that bapi in the system I will just say BAPI*ACC*TRANSFER* and ask them to do F4 :D :D... (I am so lazy ;p ) I don't even to bother to spell it completely :D :D
I've lost count of the number of times I've started typing /n in the browser bar.
