Feedback on EP SAP Note 2028092

Hi,

note 2028092 might solve some issues we are having with work protected mode in portal.

But ... note 2028092 is from June 2014, nevertheless the correction is still not available (SP011 of EP Runtime 7.40)!

Is there a possibility to get a patch for SP009 of EP Runtime 7.40?
