Is First Time Manager ()

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to build an OnChange rule that would update a custom string to help us flag new managers and design some training around that.

I've made it as so, which then would be added as a change rule to the custom field i have in jobinfo under "New Manager" - but of course i just get blank values. 

Any idea if I have made a mistake somewhere?

Hi @Antonis,

Update the Job Information parameter with the following route:

I have tested it as an OnSave rule in my demo instance.

However, if your idea is to assign learning activities in SAP SuccesFactors Learning module when an employee became "First time manager" you should use Intelligent Services, so you can assign it directly without create custom fields in JobInfo.
