Fiori Notification not appearing in my Inbox for workflow in S4HANA

Hi All,

I have implemented standard overall release PR workflow WS20000077 in S4HANA 1511 edition.

The approval process working as expected from Fiori My Inbox. However the Notification not sending back from backed to Fiori Frontend.

The Notification Purchase Requisition XXXXX Released comes in backend system in SAP Inbox, it is not coming in Fiori My Inbox.

All the technical pre-requisites fulfilled as mentioned in below SAP guide.

We have checked error log, there is no authorization issue also.

Please help if anything missing in config or need some settings to send Released message to My Inbox.

Hi Juan,

The workflow is working completely in Backend system i.e SAP S/4 HANA and workitems and notification we can processed from SBWP in SAP S/4.

The problem is if we Approve from Fiori My Inbox the notifications not going back from Backend system to Fiori .

If you approve from Fiori and is not reflected in the backend, maybe is related to these two topics!

Hi!

Do you activate the triggering events for that workflow?

Also you have to create the agent assignment in each workfow task , in the the same trx (search in the menu that option), try first with the users type..

Additionally, in SPRO you have to specify the WF task IDs for the app...

I almos forgot this, now in your MM configuration

SPRO>Purchasing>Purchase Requisition>Release Procedure>Procedure with Classification

In Release Codes, you must mark the relevant for Workflow Release Codes in the Workflow column

In Workflow, do the another assignment, but now to the release code

I recommend you, testing first the workflow...you must get that the items appear in the inbox sap (SBWP trx), when you obtain that, continue with the Fiori App...
